TERMS & CONDITIONS
When commissioning an original portrait or artwork, a 50% non refundable booking fee is required to secure a space on my waiting list. A date of commencement is given once I've received your booking fee & photographs for reference (please note: I am unable to secure you a space on my waiting list without agreeing on a reference photo first, please have your photo/s ready to email at the time of booking).
The balance will be due for payment within 7 days of being notified of your portrait's completion, if payment is not made within 7 days additional charges may be incurred.
Prices listed do not include postage/shipping costs, this will vary depending on the size of your parcel and where it's being sent. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class signed for or special delivery post. Original Acrylic Paintings are insured and sent via UPS courier service. Overseas orders are usually sent via Royal Mail international tracked & signed for post.
International sales may incur customs charges, please be aware of this when making a purchase (especially a large purchase), it is the buyers responsibility to pay any import/customs fees required.
Payment for commissions can be made via Direct Bank Transfer, Cash or PayPal.
(You do not need a PayPal account to use this facility but please note that I do have to incorporate the cost of the fees charged for using this service).

The artist Tracey Pinnington retains full copyright of all original artwork at all times
unless released under written agreement. This prevents the unauthorised reproduction of her work in any format. This ownership also allows use of the image/images for marketing & reproduction purposes by the artist
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
• Refunds are not available unless damage has occurred during transit. All of our work is quality checked before posting to you so we can ensure you are receiving top quality goods with no faults or defects.
• If you find a problem or fault with your print please get in touch via the contact form with a description of the damage and photos of the issue. We will be in contact as soon as possible to to resolve the problem.
• Claims for damage/loss of prints or other products during transit must be registered with the courier.
• The buyer is responsible for any postal/shipping fees when returning artwork/prints.
For commissioned artwork -
• If you ordered a commission and are not 100% satisfied with how it looks once a final image has been emailed, the remaining balance after the initial booking fee will not be due (Please note, the 50% booking fee is nonrefundable).
• Commissions and original artwork can only be returned if damage has occurred during transit, please forward photos of the damaged packaging and artwork. In this instance a claim will be made on your behalf with the courier.
• If you are not 100% satisfied with an original artwork, you have 30 days from date of purchase to return it for a refund (excluding your 50% booking and postal/shipping fee).
All goods must be returned in it’s original condition and packaging.
The buyer is responsible for any postage/shipping fees when returning work.
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Notice sets out how we use and look after the personal information we collect about you.
Tracey Pinnington Fine Art is the data controller, responsible for the processing of any personal data you give us.
We take reasonable care to keep your information secure and to prevent any unauthorised access to or use of it.
What personal data we hold on you
Personal data means any information about an individual from which that individual can be identified.
We collect, use, store and transfer some personal data of our clients and customers.
You provide information about yourself when you use our services to make an enquiry or order a commission or goods with us, and by filling in forms online or at an event, by corresponding with us by phone, email, social media or otherwise.
These details will only be stored for the duration of your commission/order. We do not send out email newsletters,
special offers or any unsolicited marketing or spam.
The information you give us may include your name, address, email address, phone number,
order details and sometimes alternative delivery addresses.
Why we need your personal data
We will only use personal data for any purpose for which it has been specifically provided.
The information we collect and store about you will allow us to process and fulfil your order requirements and to provide you with any information regarding your order or commission that you have made with us.
Our lawful basis for processing your personal data is that we have a contractual obligation to you as a client/customer to provide the services that you are paying for. By registering your details via our website 'contact me' page, emailing us direct or messaging us via social media regarding a commission or print enquiry, you do so on the understanding that you are aware of the intended purpose for the collection of your data.
You can cancel your request for information at anytime and we will delete your details.
Who we share your personal data with
Your details may be securely shared with selected third parties in order for us to fulfil your order.
These will include delivery and payment partners. Third party service providers will only process your personal data for
specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties to comply with a legal obligation;
such as to protect our rights, property, affiliates or others.
Protection of your personal data
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent data from being accidentally lost,
used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.
