This piece is a prototype and we are still working on improving the sound quality and function.
Also, whilst the quality of the painting is of Tracey's usual high standard, you may notice a few slight flaws in the canvas, as shown in the photos. Although barely noticable, the price reflects this.
Instructions and safety advise
Sound is activated by pressing the small button on the lower left side of the frame. When the sound finishes, press the button again to play the next sound clip. Some sound clips are louder than others, there are 3 sound clips in total that you can cycle through.
If nothing happens after pressing the button, simply press it two or three times until the sound starts. If nothing still happens, it may need charging. (As mentioned before, this is a prototype and we are working to improve function).
* The sound chip on the reverse of the painting is rechargeable via a USB C charger. We recommend removing the painting from the wall and placing somewhere secure to recharge, do not place the painting on soft furnishings whilst charging (just like with mobile phones).
* The chip on the back of the painting holds a tiny on/off switch and a volume button. We recommend switching the device to the 'OFF' position when not in use.
